Motion 60
Our starter package for motion includes an intro and outro video of an agent, listing video footage incorporated with any high res photography already taken for the listing, music overlay and the inclusion of stock neighborhood video and photography.

Motion 90
This motion package includes a 90 second maximum length video with an agent on camera intro and outro, agent on camera or voice over option with pre-created script, listing video footage incorporated with available high res photography, footage of any private exterior space, background music, full audio mix, company logo placement as well as agent name and contact information, and the inclusion of stock neighborhood video and photography.

Motion 120
This motion package includes everything Motion 90 includes and is 120 seconds maximum length, includes footage of the exterior of the building, footage of any roof decks and views, and amenity shots.

Motion Elite
This Motion package is for custom requests and specialty shoots.

Time Lapse
Up to 7 seconds in length, time lapse video is a great way to show dramatic views at different times of the day from the sun rising over your building to shadows moving across an open kitchen.

Gotham has been tweaking Gotham Motion for two years, working with a top videographer, the best cameras, lighting, dollies and rails used in the television and movie industry, to deliver the most comprehensive and polished video offering available.

Beginning with a listing description, the video team builds a script and a shot list; then the listing agent tapes an on-camera intro and/or outro and has the option of a professional voiceover actor to handle the bulk of the narrative. The shoot inside the listing spans two to three hours, depending on the scope of the property, then the team tapes neighborhood and building footage to incorporate in the video package that can range from 90 seconds to three minutes for a very extensive listing.
