Gotham now offers video tours of listings, buildings and neighborhoods, as well as agent profile videos. Gotham Motion is a full-service video product tailored to the needs of the NYC real estate industry.

E-BROCHURES
Gotham E-Brochures are sent out to 12,000 residential brokers in the New York City area. Created by the agent there is virtually no turnaround time or wait for sending them out.

PACKAGES
Take advantage of special pricing for the combined services we offer.

Our standard photography service starts at $175 and includes 6 high resolution photos, one hour onsite with the photographer, wide angle lens, and an on camera flash.

Our premium photography service starts at $300 and include 6 photos, 2 hours onsite with the photographer as well as an extra light kit, additional lenses and stands.  The premium photography package is ideal of high end listings, listings with views, listings with dark rooms, and listings with inadequate lighting including too much natural light coming in through the windows.
